Pre-appointment booking is essential by phoning or emailing.
Following securing an appointment you will have a short phone consultation with our team - to ensure you or anyone in your immediate family have no current Coronavirus symptoms.
Video call appointments are available if this is your preference.
Correct personal protective equipment is to be worn by staff and clients- please arrive with your own face covering.
Hand washing facilities are available on arrival and a one way system is in place.
Social distancing measures are to be upheld where possible.
Please bring your own water- there are no food and drink facilities on site.
Katherine Hills MSc BSc
Katherine is Chartered Physiotherapist specialising in Sports injuries. Katherine's experience has taken her from Hong Kong to London to Bristol, working with Hong Kong's National rugby academy to West Ham Women's Under 23s.
Katherine doesn't just enjoy working in sports, she has a keen interest in Pain Science and enjoys working with people, both old and young, to get back to health and doing the things they enjoy best!
You'll see Katherine running around the Frome Valley to keep fit or taking her 11 month old son to Beesmore Park to use the swing.
Jonathan Watkins MSc BSc
Jon is Chartered Physiotherapist and sports injury therapist. He is a keen cyclist, runner, mountaineer and rock climber, with a love of rehab and strength and conditioning. Jon has extensive experience working in the NHS, Elite football, at international sporting competitions, with GB level triathletes, climbers and swimmers plus International squash players. Within the NHS he managed the lower limb and ACL rehab program.
Jon was born and bred in Winterbourne and after spending his twenties between the South West and the French Alps, he’s returned home to be closer to his family. You’ll find him with his wellie boots on discovering new walks in the area or taking his niece and nephew climbing down Huckford Quarry.
I’ve had many brilliant treatment session with Jon. His injury rehab, sports massage and acupuncture knowledge have helped me overcome numerous ailments over the years and his fantastic ability to communicate makes every session enjoyable. His enthusiasm for helping people achieve their goals is infectious and I would recommend him to anyone.
Jon has been treating me for a while now. I am a former heavy weight boxer and carry a few injuries from the past. Thanks to Jon I can now move my arms again. Great service.
